Who we are
Calidad FC is an independent football club based in Jersey City, New Jersey. Founded in 2026 by 16-year-old Reed Parks, the club is preparing to compete in the inaugural season of the NAPL.
Calidad was created with a vision that extends beyond the game. Our mission is not to be another soccer club — it's to be Jersey City's club: a team that represents the city, reflects its identity, and is built alongside the community it serves.
We believe football clubs should put people before profit. At Calidad, players, supporters, and the local community come first. Through a strong local foundation, we want to build a lasting connection between the club and the people of Jersey City — on and off the pitch.
Players
Play for Calidad
We're recruiting committed, high-level players for our first NAPL season. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
- Aged 14 or older
- Experience playing at a high level
- Committed to the team — and to every practice
- Ready for roughly one match per weekend, home and away
- Willing to travel for matches

Coaches
Coach with us
Help build a first side from the ground up — and build your coaching résumé with it.
- USSF "D" coaching license or higher
- Experience coaching at any level of soccer
- Able to make every practice and matchday
